At Thomson Carter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury beauty purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unopened and unused products.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
